Dear Customer,

The code for the pre-order bonuses will only work once you have
received and registered your retail CD key with Funcom and made an
account.

Once you add the pre-order key you should then be able to claim your
item by typing “/claim” in game.

Ero io ad aver capito male, il codice non dà accesso all'early access ma solo alla mount speciale.
Ma intanto la scimmia è stata uccisa con brutalità. :/
